Extra Weft Technique: Motifs are hand-woven into the fabric using a traditional throw-shuttle or fly-shuttle loom.
Buta Work: Intricate Butas (small floral or geometric patterns) are scattered across the body.
Pari (Border): Heavy, distinct borders are woven separately or as part of the length to frame the Mekhela and Chadar. 

Feel: Smooth and slightly crisp to the touch.
Finish: Glossy and lustrous, reflecting light similarly to pure Mulberry silk.
Weight: Slightly heavier and more substantial than pure silk, providing a structured silhouette.
